Congratulations to the Naval Officers' Spouses' Club Sand Dollar Scholarship and Charitable Grant recipients! 

In 2025, NOSC San Diego awarded $43,000 in scholarships to military family members and
grants to charitable organizations serving military-affiliated populations in San Diego County.

The NOSC Sand Dollar Scholarship is awarded to military children graduating high school
and military spouses who are starting their post-secondary schooling.

2026 Scholarship Application

Applications are due no later than March 15, 2026.



The NOSC Sand Dollar Charitable Grant is awarded to 501(c)(3) organizations
serving military-affiliated populations. Please read the application 
and award requirements
thoroughly before submitting your application.
