Make your stay in San Diego memorable by becoming a part of NOSC.
NOSC membership is open to all officer spouses of active duty, reserve, retired - commissioned or warrant officers. Spouses of deceased officers are also asked to join us. Foreign military officer spouses may also be members while they are stationed in the region.
NOSC is a non-profit organization focused on providing enrichment and mentoring for military spouses in San Diego through planned social and fellowship events.
NOSC also provides philanthropic support through annual donations to local scholarship and charities for military families with funding from the Sand Dollar shops.
