Hike Elfin Forest Reserve

Join us for a hike in June.  

We will be hiking 'The Way Up Trail' in Elfin Forest Reserve near Escondido.  This trail promises a trip along a creek, through a shady coast live oak grove, emerging on a plateau in the 'elfin forest'.  There will be a shade covered overlook of the nearby lake.

Time: 8:00am, June 12th

Location: The Way Up Trailhead parking 8559 Harmony Grove Road, Escondido

Length/Difficulty: It is a 3 mile out-and-back trail of moderate difficulty.
