Sound Bath- Healing & Restorative

What is a sound bath?

A "Sound Bath" is a form of sensory therapy used by various cultural groups for centuries. It utilizes music and specialty instruments combined with deep self-reflection techniques to improve health and wellbeing while ‘submerging’ participants in a full body listening experience.

Saffron and Sage will be hosting a sound bath experience for NOSC 12-1 PM on Saturday February 25 at their studio in Bankers Hill.  Arrival at the studio is 11:45-12:00 and we will start right at 12:00.  Tickets are $20 for members and $30 for a guest with limited spots available.  Wear something comfortable so you can relax and lay down on the provided mat and pillow to take in the healing vibrations.  Parking is street parking in the neighbor so please allow sufficient time to park. 

For anyone who wishes to allow for travel/parking time, we will be gathering before the sound bath across the street at Moe Coffee starting at 11 AM to have a coffee/tea/cocoa/pastry before the experience.

After the sound bath if the weather is nice anyone who is interested is welcome to walk to the canyon down the road to take in nature or walk the trail.
