For March we will be reading "Tortilla Flat" by John Steinbeck, as voted by book club members in the survey sent out in January. Basically the story is a relatively short read, considered to be a classic, and in plot summaries has been compared to a version of Camelot/knights of the round table but applied to a group of misfits in the hills surrounding Monterey, CA. It should be a fun, somewhat light read with the potential for lively discussion about a variety of hot topics.
