This month's recipe club will have an Iron Chef theme, where each person will bring a dish that incorporates the chosen special ingredient. And that ingredient is... CITRUS! Pucker up with a grapefruit, do the tangelo tango, keep it lemony smooth, or delve in the depths of a blood orange. I am excited to try all the citrusy creations!

We will also be having a kitchen gadget exchange! Anyone who is interested in participating can bring a wrapped kitchen utensil/gadget (price point $10) and we will do a white elephant style exchange.
