Ready for something totally relaxing? It's Beach Yoga time!
Sand in your toes, sun on your back and dolphins swimming just off shore…. all while doing your downward facing dog! Doesn't that sound like fun? Honestly, you couldn't ask for a more perfect yoga studio than North Beach in Coronado. Point Loma off to the right and the Hotel Del to your left. And sometimes we even get flyovers from North Island. Beach yoga is perfect for all levels. Whether you can touch your toes or just your knees, yoga is a great relaxer for all ages.
Our "Yogi" is a local Coronado resident, Mary Farley, who holds classes every Tuesday and Friday morning. So, if you get "hooked" (and you probably will…) you can continue! Check out Mary Farley’s website below!

9:00 am - 10:00 am
Meet at the beach right across from Sunset Park (near the back entrance to NI on Ocean Blvd), Coronado
Wear comfortable clothing, depending on weather you might want a light jacket
Bring a large towel, sheet or blanket - something to stand/sit on
$5 donation appreciated
We will head out afterwards to grab some breakfast.
