Out & About
Did you eat a few too many sweets and cookies over the holiday? Do you need to loosen your belt a notch or two? WE CAN FIX THAT!!! Let’s “jump”start 2014 off with some fun!
Out & About will be traveling south to Chula Vista this month to visit Skyzone! It’s a trampoline warehouse type place. Fun for kids and “kids at heart”! On Tuesday mornings they have an aerobics class called “Skyrobics”. It’s low impact and easy on the joints. Great for all fitness levels.
I’ve never tried it, but have heard it’s loads of fun! And I know with this group, it’ll be loaded with laughs as well!

**** Please go to their website… they have a waiver for you to sign. You can do it electronically or print one out and bring it.
I’m sure they will have some there as well…
Afterwards we can decide on a place close by to grab a bite to eat!
